Honey Versus Sugar

• Honey is one of the healthiest and most nutritious foods, while sugar is proven to damage our health and should be avoided.

• Honey is not simply a sweetening substance. It has natural antioxidant, antibacterial and antimicrobial attributes, while it finds abundance on therapeutic applications. On the contrary, sugar not only is deprived of antioxidant substances, but its increased use leads to the production of free roots.
